The control system for the SOLO² electric wheelchair was developed with the aim of providing a particularly intuitive, safe and customisable way of operating the wheelchair. The clearly laid-out user interface displays the currently selected driving mode and the respective maximum permitted speed at all times. This provides the user with all the relevant information at a glance for safe and controlled movement.
Visual control, maximum flexibility
By simply switching between pre-programmed standard driving profiles, the SOLO² can be effortlessly adapted to different driving situations and personal requirements. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, or for precise manoeuvring in confined spaces – the driving profiles are optimally tailored to typical usage scenarios and ensure a comfortable and efficient driving experience.
In addition, the user interface allows users to choose between a light and a dark mode. This ensures optimum readability in different lighting conditions and takes account of users’ individual visual preferences.
