Since its founding in 2004, the company has specialized in portioning meat products for the retail and foodservice industries. The systems handle everything from temperature control of the raw product to portioning and placing the portions in trays, and finally transferring them to the packaging machine.

A performance that evolves
For the GMS portioning machine range, a brand design was first developed that reflects TVI’s values and meets the requirements of the Hygienic Design Guidelines. The aim was for the machines to convey, at a glance, what the company stands for.
Following the move to the MULTIVAC Group, the portioning machines were adapted to the Group’s design from 2017 onwards. This makes it clear from the machines that the Group acts as a system supplier. The machines are therefore also visually part of the joint product portfolio.
