One brand, many machines — the design concept
EINMALEINS has developed the corporate design guidelines for Packsys Global’s product design. The aim is to bring together a range of expertise to develop marketable products. The focus is on technical functionality, cost-effective manufacturing, intuitive ergonomics and product aesthetics that align with the brand’s values. Applied to the product groups ‘tube-filling machines’ and ‘cutting and folding machines’, this has resulted in consistent product families that represent the brand and convey its values.
TUBE MACHINES
From the tube to the palette
Whether laminated or extruded tubes: the systems are used by leading manufacturers in the cosmetics, healthcare and oral care industries. They cover the entire process, from sealing the tube bodies, through the production of the tube caps and the application of closures, right through to packaging and palletising. The design highlights this seamless integration. All the machines in a line appear as a single product family.
CUTTING AND FOLDING MACHINES
Clean lines for precision work
Plastic closures are processed with precision and efficiency, from cutting and folding right through to inspection. It makes no difference whether they have been manufactured using injection moulding or extrusion.
The solutions are suitable for plastic and glass bottles, cardboard packaging, wine, spirits, engine oil, and pharmaceutical and food products. The product design emphasises this precision and ensures a clear, recognisable look.
